2,yrs ago I paid 2700 for a new refrigerator with a 24 month warranty one month after warranty was up it stopped cooling I called a repair guy he came out charged me $75 for service call then told me the part was over $400 i said id think about it .the next morning i was in line at a gas station guy in frontnof me had a paramount appliance shirt on I started talking to him about my situation he explained to me that most newer appliances a major part like that wouldn't stop working and that he wasn't busy right then and he come out and take a look at it for free he followed me out to the house in 15 minutes he determine that it was a $13 part he called around he couldn't find one he drove clear to Paducah I found a park came back installed it charged me $63 I gave him $100 tip because who in this day and age does that this guy was honest and up front and went way out of his way and did right by me and nobody does that anymore all I got to say is if you got something that's broke down give these guys call because they are top shelf in my book .
